KENTA HOMMAID
The drawing mould – also known as a deep drawing die, drawing tool, or stretch forming mould – is the core tooling in the deep drawing process. It is used on hydraulic presses to transform flat metal discs (blanks) into hollow, seamless, three‑dimensional shapes. During production, a flat circular blank is placed between the drawing punch and the drawing die. The hydraulic press applies downward force, pushing the punch into the die and forcing the metal to flow plastically into the die cavity. The result is a seamless, uniform, and dimensionally accurate hollow part – such as a pot body, kettle shell, blender cup housing, or rice cooker inner pot.
Our drawing moulds are precision‑engineered for a wide range of metal disc deep drawing applications, including cookware, small appliances, kitchenware, and metal containers. They are compatible with aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, and other formable metals. Whether you are producing frying pans, soup pots, electric kettle bodies, blender cups, or deep‑drawn containers, the drawing mould is the foundation of your product’s shape, wall thickness distribution, and production efficiency.
Backed by a founder team with executive‑level experience at Midea and over 17+ years of industry heritage, we bring deep manufacturing expertise to every mould project. Our solutions are engineered for precision, durability, and production efficiency – helping you achieve consistent, high‑quality drawn parts that match your design requirements exactly.
Every great deep‑drawn part starts with a great drawing mould. Tell us about your project – your product type (cookware, kettle, blender cup, rice cooker inner pot, or other), material and thickness, target production volume, hydraulic press specifications, budget range, and any specific design requirements – and we‘ll return a proposal within 5 business days.
