KENTA HOMMAID
The semi-automatic internal polishing machine is a specialized surface finishing equipment designed for polishing, grinding, and sanding the inner surfaces of deep-drawn or cylindrical metal products. It is widely used in the production of blender cups, electric kettles, cookware bodies, rice cooker inner pots, thermal containers, and similar products – where the inner wall and inner bottom require removal of burrs, drawing marks, oxide layers, weld seams, and surface imperfections.
As a semi-automatic machine, the operator is responsible for loading and unloading the workpiece, while the machine automatically performs the polishing cycle – including workpiece rotation, polishing head movement, and pressure control. This design strikes an excellent balance between production efficiency, consistency, and investment cost, making it an ideal choice for small-to-medium batch production, workshops upgrading from manual polishing, and manufacturers seeking reliable inner surface quality without the high capital cost of a fully automatic system.
With adjustable polishing angles, programmable cycle parameters, and compatibility with different polishing wheels, the machine can achieve various inner surface finishes – including matt / satin , brushed, and bright polish – depending on the consumables and process settings.
Backed by a founder team with executive-level experience at Midea and over 17+ years of industry heritage, we bring deep manufacturing expertise to every project. Our solutions are engineered for precision, efficiency, and uncompromised quality – helping you achieve consistent, high-quality inner surfaces that meet the demands of modern kitchenware and appliance products.
Every clean, high-quality inner surface starts with the right polishing machine. Tell us about your project – your product type (blender cup, kettle, cookware, or other), workpiece specifications, target output, surface finish requirements, budget range, and any specific design requirements – and we‘ll return a proposal within 5 business days.
